• Is This Massage Therapy?

Yes! The expectation many clients have when they hear Massage Therapy is a spa-type relaxation massage. We have spent our careers gathering a variety of techniques that most often do not require clients to get undressed, and are specifically effective for pain relief and increased function. So yes - we are Licensed Massage Therapists, now offering Modern Manual Therapy.

  • Can I get a Relaxation Massage?

Our treatments are calming and help the body feel less restricted and more relaxed. Our clients typically remain fully clothed for part of their session, which allows your therapist to mobilize and free restrictions through movement - you’ll leave feeling grounded, mobile, and relaxed!

  • Can I request a male/female Therapist?

We encourage clients to book with a therapist based on their expertise and not their gender. We hold our therapists to rigorous professional and ethical behavior guidelines. Manual Therapy is not sexual in nature, and any inappropriate behavior will be reported to the authorities and result in a lifetime ban from our clinic.

  • Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time. We hope that in the future it is possible for Massage Therapists to bill insurance directly. At this time, most companies will not pay Massage Therapists for services. Your insurance provider may offer reimbursement, though! Check with them to see if they will reimburse for massage.

    We accept FSA/HSA accounts.

  • Do you offer discounts?

We are happy to help you celebrate your birthday week with a discount!

We also offer a 10% discount for first responders and nurses as a thank you for your service.

  • What is Cupping?

Cupping is the therapeutic application of suction to the body using silicone cups. This separates the layers of skin, connective tissue, and muscle, and helps fresh blood to flow to an area - providing nutrients and encouraging removal of waste from the area. Cupping can help increase range of motion, decrease painful trigger points, and can help make improvements in chronic pain.
